An adult story generator that writes the whole story
Most things sold as an adult story generator produce a scene. You type a few words, you get a few hundred, and if you want the next part you type again and hope it remembers the first. That is a generator. DesireBorn is an engine: it takes a starting idea and writes a story with a beginning, a middle it has planned and an ending it is working toward, section by section, with the sex written as part of the story rather than as the point at which the story stops. If you searched for this page because the tools you have tried either would not write the scene or could not write the book around it, this is the difference.
How a story starts
With one line, if that is all you have. "A reunion between two people who never stopped wanting each other" is a complete starting point. If you have more, there is room for it: the people and what should matter about them, what is between them, the tone, whose view to follow, the tense, how much should happen per section, and a place for special instructions, things that must be included, phrasings you never want, how it should end. Every field after the first line is optional. Anything you leave open is chosen to fit the idea you gave.
Then you set the explicitness, which is the one choice most readers do want to make themselves. It is a level per story, five steps: intimacy present but not on the page; on the page through sensation rather than anatomy; direct and unhedged; fully explicit, from first contact to finish, no cutting away; and rendered at length, beat by beat, in the register the characters themselves would use. The level changes what is shown. It does not change who the people are.
How it continues
The engine plans first: an ending it is aiming for and a beat for each section. Then it writes one section, and you read it. After each section there is a field for what should happen next. Write a sentence, and the next section follows your direction. Leave it open, and the story continues on its own. Between sections the engine keeps a story state: the people, what has been established, which threads are open, what has been set up for later. That state is why a story here can be long without contradicting itself, and why you can close it on Tuesday and pick it up on Sunday where you left it.
Themes are part of setup, and they are the genre's own vocabulary: on the main site, Submission, Dominance, BDSM, Rough, Slow burn romance, Forbidden affair, Strangers, Exhibitionism, Voyeurism and Group. Tick any that matter. Leave them if none do.
An example, at the middle level
They had agreed on nothing, which was the agreement. She unbuttoned the top of his shirt with the concentration of someone defusing something, and he let her, and when she looked up he was watching her hands and not her face. "You are allowed to help," she said.
"I am enjoying not helping."
She undid the next one more slowly, to see what that did to him. It did something.

What it writes, and the one limit
Explicit fiction between adults. Romance and erotica, dark and light, any orientation, any dynamic lawful between consenting adults, at the level you set. It does not tone down a scene you asked for, and the scene does not stop in the middle.
It is not a product with no rules. One limit is fixed on every story, at every level, and it is the only one: every character in a sexual context is an adult. It cannot be turned off, softened or configured, by you or by us, and an attempt to make the engine write otherwise may end the account. Everything else is yours. No shame. Not no limits.
What it will not do
Images. Chat or roleplay. Voice. Sharing, community, publishing. Fan fiction in named franchises. Languages other than English. Choosing the model or the writing style, which are our decisions rather than yours; you choose everything that is about the story.
What happens to the text
Your stories are encrypted at rest. We can read them to write them. Nobody else can read them. Each story has its own key, the key that unlocks those keys is not in the database, and a stolen copy of the database would give up email addresses, the choices you ticked in our menus and some counts, and not a readable word of anyone's story. The requests that write a section are sent with retention switched off and training refused, without your identity attached. Deleting a story destroys its key in the same operation, and deleting your account is immediate and yours to do.
Two sites, one account
DesireBorn is the main site, for spicy and dark romance and everything between. DesireBorn Bound is the same engine with a different front door and its own catalogue of themes, for readers for whom a hint of kink is not enough. One account works on both, and your stories follow you.
