DesireBorn writes erotica with you, not for you. Give it a starting idea, and it writes one section at a time - you steer after each one.

Reverse harem, where nobody has to choose

One woman, several men, and no love triangle to resolve, because the point of the genre is that she does not pick. The reverse harem (or "why choose", as readers often tag it) is about a woman at the centre of a group of lovers who each bring something different, and about the group itself: how the men relate to each other, who is jealous, who is generous, who was the last to admit what he wanted. The romance is plural. The best books in the genre are as much about the friendship between the men as about any one of them with her.

It is also, bluntly, the genre AI tools fail hardest at, because it is a cast problem. Four love interests means four voices, four histories, four ways of touching her, and a model with no memory blurs them into one grumpy man and one sunshine man by the third chapter. Readers notice immediately. They know these men. A reverse harem where the quiet one suddenly talks like the loud one is a broken book.

Why a story state matters more here than anywhere

DesireBorn keeps a live story state between sections: the people and what is known about each of them, what has been established as true, which threads are open, and what has been set up for later. In a reverse harem that state is doing most of the work. It is what lets the engine remember that the youngest one has not yet been alone with her, that two of them have a history from before she arrived, and that the leader said something in section three that the story has not paid for yet.

The plan comes first. The engine writes an outline with an ending it is aiming for and a beat for each section, so a story with five people in it has somewhere to go rather than drifting from scene to scene. Then it writes one section at a time, and after each you can steer: give the shy one his moment, put two of them in a room without her, or bring the whole group together. Or leave the field open and let it decide who steps forward next.

Setting up a cast is optional. You can name each man and say what should matter about him, or you can write one line, "she inherits a vineyard and the four brothers who work it", and let the story introduce them. The engine fills in what you leave open to fit your starting idea.

Themes that belong here

From the catalogue: Group, first of all. Then Slow burn romance, because a harem that assembles too fast has nowhere to grow; Strangers, for the version where she meets them one at a time; and Exhibitionism and Voyeurism, which in this genre are less about performance than about the men watching each other with her and what that does to them. Tick the ones that matter and leave the rest.

An example

Three of them were in the kitchen when she came down, and none of them looked up. That was the arrangement they had arrived at, without anyone saying so: in the mornings she was not touched, only fed. Dev slid a cup across the counter. Marcus turned a page. It was Tomas, the one who never started anything, who broke it. He reached past her for the sugar, and did not reach past her, and the other two went very still.

Example. Generated for this page as a sample. It is not taken from anyone's story.

What is and is not on the table

Group scenes, shared lovers, the men with each other as well as with her: all of it is fiction between consenting adults and all of it is fair game, at whatever level of explicitness you set. How large the cast is, is up to you.

One thing is fixed. Every character in a sexual context is an adult. That cannot be turned off, softened or configured, not by you and not by us. No shame. Not no limits.
